As Costume Shop Supervisor, I am responsible for the production of the costumes for all six Department of Dance and Theatre productions during the course of the academic year. This includes scheduling, planning, paperwork creation, note-taking, organization, workflow management. In addition, I train and manage an 5-7 person staff of student and overhire workers, with whom I share the responsibility for all costume alterations and builds.
